Restaurants, shops, rentals, heck even the Blue Ridge Parkway and our beaches (in some places) are still closed due to COVID-19. Though we are not sure when people will be able to really get out and enjoy the state again, one thing is for certain: we are lucky to live in a state like North Carolina.
What a state this is! Sometimes we just need reminding ... kinda like this wonderful ditty from the 1960s.
After all, this is a place of "friendly mountain regions ... with the sandy beaches." This song is correct: "living is right." Amen.
